갸루데이(이하 “앱”)는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 앱은 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 날씨 표시에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 기기 안에서 처리합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.

1. 처리하는 개인정보
- 위치정보 — 현재 위치의 날씨를 보여드리기 위해 사용합니다. 위치 좌표는 Apple의 날씨 서비스인 WeatherKit로 전달되어 날씨 조회에만 사용되며, Apple의 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다. 앱 제공자는 이용자의 위치정보를 수집·저장하거나 들여다보지 않습니다.
- 그 외 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 연락처, 사진, 광고 식별자(IDFA) 등 다른 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 기기 안에 저장되는 정보
아래 정보는 앱과 위젯이 공유하는 기기 내부 저장소에만 보관되며, 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 마지막으로 표시한 날씨(위젯 표시용 캐시)
- 캐릭터 진행 관련 값 — 이미 본 대사(모멘트) 목록, 친밀도(Bond) 카운터
- 대사 표시 방식 설정(반짝 글리터 / 깔끔 텍스트)
- 위젯에 보여줄 캐릭터 이미지 캐시
이 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
3. 앱 콘텐츠
캐릭터 이미지와 대사 등 앱에 표시되는 콘텐츠는 앱에 내장되어 있습니다. 콘텐츠를 받기 위해 개인정보를 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
- Apple WeatherKit — 날씨 데이터 제공. 위치 좌표가 Apple에 전달되어 날씨 조회에 사용됩니다(Apple 개인정보 처리방침 적용).
- 그 외 분석·광고·추적용 제3자 SDK를 사용하지 않으며, 앱 제공자의 자체 서버나 외부 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다.
5. 보유 기간 및 파기
위 ‘기기 안에 저장되는 정보’는 단말기에만 보관되며 앱을 삭제하면 모두 삭제됩니다. 앱 제공자가 별도로 보관하는 이용자 데이터는 없습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
- 위치 권한은 기기의 [설정] > 갸루데이 > 위치에서 언제든지 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 정보가 제거됩니다.
- 계정 기능이 없으므로 별도의 회원가입·계정 삭제 절차가 없습니다.
7. 추적 및 광고
앱추적투명성(ATT)을 사용하지 않고, 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 수집하지 않으며, 광고·행동 추적·프로파일링을 하지 않습니다.
8. 결제
유료 일시불 앱으로 인앱 구매와 광고가 없습니다. 결제는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리되며, 앱 제공자는 결제·금융 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
9. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
10. 방침의 변경
본 방침이 변경되면 변경 내용을 본 페이지에 게시합니다.

1. Information We Process
- Location — used to show weather for your current location. Coordinates are passed to Apple’s weather service, WeatherKit, only to retrieve weather, and are handled under Apple’s privacy policy. The app provider does not collect, store, or view your location.
- No other personal data (name, email, phone, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, etc.) is collected.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The following is kept only in on-device storage shared by the app and its widget, and is never transmitted off the device:
- The most recently shown weather (cache for the widget)
- Character progress — list of dialogues (moments) already seen, and a Bond counter
- Dialogue display preference (glitter lettering / plain text)
- A cache of the character image shown in the widget
This information is removed when you delete the app.
3. App Content
Character images and dialogues are bundled inside the app. No personal data is sent to fetch content.
4. Third Parties
- Apple WeatherKit — provides weather data. Coordinates are sent to Apple to retrieve weather (subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy).
- No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are used. The app provider operates no servers or external databases.
5. Retention & Deletion
On-device data stays on your device and is deleted when you remove the app. The app provider retains no user data.
6. Your Choices
- Change or revoke location access anytime in Settings > 갸루데이 > Location.
- Deleting the app removes all information stored on your device.
- There are no accounts, so there is no separate account-deletion process.
7. Tracking & Advertising
The app does not use App Tracking Transparency, does not collect IDFA, and performs no advertising, behavioral tracking, or profiling.
8. Payments
A paid, one-time app with no in-app purchases and no ads. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store; the app provider collects no payment or financial information.
9. Children’s Privacy
This app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
